About Jacqueline 

Jacqueline concentrates her law practice in the areas of business law and general civil litigation. She enjoys the rigor of practicing law and providing creative, confident, strong representation.


Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia in 2003, and then earned her Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland in 2006. She taught high school Special Education from 2005 to 2007, when she changed hats to become an Assistant Dean of Students at the oldest girls boarding school in the United States.  In 2008, Jacqueline left teaching to pursue her legal education at Ave Maria School of Law, where she graduated in 2011.

Before establishing KENNEDY-DVORAK, LLC, Jacqueline focused her practice on condemnation/eminent domain, insurance defense, estate litigation, municipal law, general civil litigation, and habeas corpus defense.  Jacqueline’s professional memberships include the Macon Bar Association, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and the Middle Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.


Jacqueline was born and raised on California's Central Coast, but has lived in Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, New York City, Maryland, Michigan, and Florida. She settled in Macon, Georgia in 2011 when she married a fellow-Californian, bought a house, and started a family.  She has traveled throughout Europe and Costa Rica, as well as to or through 41 of the 50 states, including the territory of Puerto Rico.  


Jacqueline lives in a 120-year old house in one of Macon’s historic districts with her husband Doron, also a lawyer, and their two children. She is a parishioner at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church and an active participant in Macon’s arts scene. Jacqueline is an avid reader, especially of classic British,  American, and Greek literature, and considers John Steinbeck the greatest American storyteller.  She’s a devoted Sudoku, Hearts, and dominos player.
